I currently have mine set to monthly, and I’m tracking which users commented the previous month to see if they come back.

I have seen sites with TC's and All-Time TC's. Another option that works. Resetting monthly is a great idea, but ... if someone, like me, lands here for the first time on the 30th of the month, they may go elsewhere to comment. Richards last blog post..Tip’d Out Of Beta
