The first week of the gym…

Is always the worst *grins*.
For those of you that have done it you know you can feel that pain deep within muscles you never knew existed… but you also know that although it is pain, it feels ever so good. Well I have done 3 days at the gym since I started back and have to say I am feeling a lot of pain at the moment, as I did weights yesterday morning. However I know that I am already on the road to recovery and looking to get back to the gym either tomorrow or Friday.
At this stage I am going to try for three days a week and once I get used to that up the ante a little more, the last thing I want to do is dive right in and ware myself out completely.
Well anyhoo, just thought I would give that update to my life ![]()
