First Day Back at the Gym

Well, today I decided to get off my butt and get back into the gym. After feeling some strain on my abs after not doing much I decided that it was about time I got myself back into shape again. So off to the gym I went.
One and a half hours later (if not slightly longer). Including 20 mins of cycling, 30 mins of running/jogging and additional weights work outs I have to say my body is REALLY feeling the pain of not having done any real sort of workouts in recent years.
However, even with all the pain… I have to say that I am actually feeling good, working out does get the good endorphins flowing and I look forward to going back tomorrow.
Anyone have any recommendations of yummy (and healthy) snacks while we are here?
