Fighting the bulge
OK, so I have not been around much and my weight loss has been less than spectacular. I have once again fallen back into the same bad habits.
Therefore I am now trying something new, I know it sounds cliche but I am trying out the Biggest Loser Shake supplements and using the Biggest Loser club as a guide to what I should be eating alongside that. Essentially this is putting me back to the six small meals a day theory that I did three years ago (and worked quite spectacularly if I may say so).
So, I have some stocks, the shakes actually taste half decent and I even had a fruit salad and bottle of water for morning tea (my workmates were stunned LOL).
So here is to new beginnings. I am on day 1 of the shakes, I will see how I am going with them tomorrow.
