Time to loose weight! – Fat Buster Fridays!

Well I got myself on the scales this weekend and I was 99.8 Kilograms, my ideal healthy body weight is far less than this at 75Kg.
Due to stress, relaxing, uni, work and generally pretty bad food choices I have been putting on weight for quite some time. I swore that I would never let myself get over 100Kg and I am far too close to that for my personal liking.
So as of now I am adding another weekly section to this blog. At Secluded Habitat, Fridays are now going to be known as “Fat Buster Fridays”. On Fridays I will be posting progress of how my weight is going and healthy ideas, tips and tricks when I can find them to help anyone else that is interested in cleaning up the unhealthy habits they may have fallen into like me.
At times I will also admit to any slacking off that I may have had during the week so that you can all slap me on the wrists and keep me in line (so that should be some goodly fun for you too).
I have just signed up to Gyminee.com (a site that will let me track my progress), mainly I chose them as they have plugins for Wordpress which is a big plus for me. If you want to keep tabs on my progress every so often I have set up a page with a few of the widgets called “Fat Buster Progress”.
So, looks like I will have plenty of topics to keep me busy each week now in between the crazy topics that I manage to keep coming up with.
Keep an eye out because today it begins! Keep an eye out this Friday to see how the first 4 days go.

I’ve decided to join you! I have been thinking for a while that I need to start eating better and exercising more. Being lazy and not knowing enough on what I should be eating have been problems, so I would really like to get healthy. By the way, I will be more than happy to help keep you in line and to slap you on the wrist as needed! lol.

Hmm… trust you to be the first one to want to keep me in line and slap me on the wrists *pokes out tongue*.
Lol methinks that you and I might be up for some early morning jogs when we go away on holiday *grins*.
So to all the other bloggers out there, LOL who is going to slap both Erin and myself on the wrists when we get out of line haha.

Please feel free to join in, perhaps we can make it something that if you want to join in and then put a comment with your progress (or a link to a post on your blog) then that could work too. What do you think?
And it is true we have to acknowledge that we slip up every so often, and it is good to endulge, just not all the time.
